Role Overview - Early Years Jobs Oxford

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children's learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working closely with your team, you will deliver engaging activities, monitor progress, and ensure each child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support within a nursery or school environment in Oxford
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Early Years (essential)
• Experience working within EYFS settings (schools or nurseries)
• A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong knowledge of early years development frameworks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to work in Oxford or surrounding areas (Oxfordshire)
• Two recent professional references
