Monarch Education is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to work within a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Didcot area. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher looking to make a real difference in students' academic progress and confidence in mathematics.

The RoleAs a Maths Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students in reaching their academic potential
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting
- Possess strong classroom management skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
- Provide references covering the last two years
- Have the right to work in the UK
