Due to the commencement of a new project in Didcot, Oxfordshire, we are looking to employ an Office Manager to join the team on-site.
As an Office Manager at Volker Fitzpatrick you will be central to the smooth running of our operations, ensuring the efficient coordination, organisation, and administration of all office‑based activities to support our project teams on our Didcot site.
About you
IT Literate and competent in use of software packages Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Readiness to train as Fire warden/ First Aider
Previous secretarial and administrative experience working for Senior Managers / Directors.
Excellent communication skills including written English and ability to compile own letters.
Educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths
Time Management skills.
Good organisational skills
