Liverpool Street, London Salary: £48,000 £ 50,000 per annum

Working Hours:

Continental Shift Pattern Days & Nights (7:00am7:00pm / 7:00pm7:00am) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a couple of Shift Engineers (Electrical or Mechanical) to join the engineering team at a large multi-tenanted corporate office building in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-end commercial environment as part of an established on-site engineering team, supporting a modern, technically demanding building.

The Role:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical or mechanical building services systems. Supporting critical plant and general M&E systems throughout a large commercial building. Fault finding, repairs and remedial works across a multi-tenanted site. Participating in planned maintenance shutdowns and out-of-hours works when required. Working closely with the wider shift engineering team to maintain high service standards and site uptime.

Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).

Experience with in commercial building services / facilities maintenance. Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience. Previous shift experience desirable. Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
