Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways infrastructure project in Oxford.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract on a high-profile scheme, working with an established project team delivering key highways works.

Location:

Oxford
Start: ASAP
Duration: 2 Years
Rate: £350–£400 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting out for highways and associated civil engineering works.

* Carrying out site surveys and maintaining accurate records.

* Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

* Producing QA documentation, ITPs and as-built records.

* Liaising with the site management team, subcontractors and the client.

* Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality on site.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Site Engineer on major highways or civil engineering projects.

* Proficient with Leica or Trimble surveying equipment.

* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

* Experience producing QA documentation and managing setting out activities.

* Valid CSCS Card.

* SMSTS and First Aid are advantageous.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
