Overview

We are seeking experienced Freelance Land Surveyors to join our team on a major long-term infrastructure scheme in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the region's most significant engineering projects, delivering high-quality survey data to support the planning, design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

Land surveys
Topographic surveys
Hydrographic surveys
Measured building surveys
Engineering and construction support surveys
Control establishment using GNSS and total stations
Data capture and quality assurance to client specifications

Requirements

Proven experience delivering land, topographic, hydrographic and measured building surveys
Proficiency with modern survey equipment including Leica, Trimble or similar GNSS and total station systems
Experience using survey processing software such as N4CE, LSS, AutoCAD or equivalent
A strong understanding of health, safety and quality procedures on live infrastructure sites
A full UK driving licence
CSCS card (preferred)
