Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

An experienced Civil Engineer is sought to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy, taking ownership of civil engineering projects and playing a key role within their growing civil team.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
, taking projects from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and technical approvals.

You will take a lead role in the design and delivery of drainage and infrastructure schemes
, working closely with clients, local authorities, water companies and wider multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and delivery of drainage and infrastructure schemes
• Preparing drainage strategies and Flood Risk Assessments
• Working on S104, S38 and S278 agreements
• Producing detailed civil engineering design packages
• Coordinating with clients, authorities and water companies
• Managing programmes and technical deliverables
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
• Contributing to the continued growth of the civil engineering team

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Consultancy experience in drainage and infrastructure design
• Experience working on development-led projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Info Drainage/Micro Drainage
• Good understanding of UK drainage and infrastructure standards
• Strong project and client management skills
• Working towards or already achieving Chartered Engineer status
