This is an exciting time to join us as we scale up for thefuture, having already delivered multiple systems for operational satellites with in-orbit deployment success, and significant investment in our facilities with a state of the art head office at Harwell and a bespoke manufacturing facility in Abingdon.

As an experienced Product Assurance Manager, you will use your expertise to ensure our products meet our exacting quality standards. This is acritical role in our organisation as you will be working across multiple projects identifying and executing strategies to ensure high quality standards,adherence to processes, managing any non-conformances and undertaking rootcause analysis. You will also approve project inspections and have responsibility for materials, parts and component process selection.

Reporting to the Lead Product Assurance Manager, you will work alongside our Engineering and MAIT teams ensuring all project deliverables arein line with the project product assurance plan. You will also be responsible for identifying and executing process improvements across the PA lifecycle. This role will also support Quality Assurance by conducting internal audits and analysing the results to identify and implement improvements.

You will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent area, have previous experience of Product Assurance and/or Quality Assurance preferably in the Space sector or another technically focused industry, you will also be familiar with ISO 9001 and have experience withparts, component and materials selection and qualification. A good understanding of the Product Assurance discipline is necessary to tailor the approach to the level of risk tolerated for each project (e.g. traditional vs.new

space), enabling informed trade‑offs on cost, schedule, and technical risk through evidence‑based assurance. You will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, strong project management experience along with being proactive and open to driving process improvements.
