Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful Allen & Harris team in Didcot.

With a first-year OTE of £40,000-£45,000, uncapped commission and access to quality leads through our Estate Agency network

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll work closely with our Estate Agency teams to make the most of every customer opportunity.

You’ll:

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and become a trusted partner to the branch
• Work with referred customers to understand their needs and provide suitable mortgage and protection advice
• Manage customers through the mortgage journey, from initial advice through to completion
• Identify opportunities to maximise mortgage and protection business
• Deliver a great customer experience while working towards agreed performance targets
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Experience providing mortgage and protection advice
• A proven track record of working towards and achieving targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused approach with the confidence to provide professional advice
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
