Childrens Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant with experience working with children to support a young client who lives at home with their mum and dad.

The client has epilepsy and experiences seizures, so experience in managing these conditions would be very advantageous.

This role requires patience, understanding and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive family environment.

• Personal care
• Seizure management
• Observations through the night

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. Experience with children would be beneficial.

A full valid UK driver licence and access to your own vehicle would be preferred due to the geographical location of the role and lack of public transport in the local area.

Here’s what makes us different:

• Free DBS check – we cover the full cost of the DBS application
• Full training & paid induction - no experience needed
• Career growth - clear progression into senior & leadership roles
• Family-friendly - enhanced leave for life’s big moments
• National opportunities - relocate and continue your career within CCH
