The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Digital Content Developer to join a growing digital learning team. You'll design and develop engaging, accessible eLearning solutions for a wide range of clients while mentoring junior developers and supporting the delivery of innovative digital learning projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
  • Create interactive digital learning from storyboards and subject matter expert content.
  • Produce multimedia assets including graphics, animation, audio and video.
  • Ensure all content meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
  • Package, test and deploy SCORM-compliant content through Learning Management Systems.
  • Carry out quality assurance, browser and accessibility testing.
  • Manage development projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Support client demonstrations, prototypes and digital learning innovations.
About You

You'll have proven experience developing high-quality eLearning, strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, SCORM and Learning Management Systems, along with a creative eye for digital design and user experience. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, while knowledge of HTML/CSS, H5P, Moodle or Word Press would be advantageous. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills are also key.
