Salary£39,000 - £44,000 DOE
Requirements- Relevant qualification in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience developing high-quality eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems and SCORM packages
- Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 AA
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong digital learning portfolio
- Ability to develop engaging, learner-focused content from storyboards and learning specifications
- Experience testing, troubleshooting and deploying digital learning solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Eligibility to obtain the level of UK Security Clearance required by client contracts
- Moodle, Learn Upon, Learn Worlds or other LMS platforms
- H5P, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Bootstrap
- Word Press and Elementor
- Video, animation and audio production
- Mentoring or supporting junior developers
- Experience with in Defence, Government, Public Sector or other regulated industries
- Salary of £39,000 - £44,000 DOE
- 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- 3 additional paid days during the Christmas shutdown
