OverviewOur Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. In this role you’ll be delivering shopping to customers’ doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service and connecting directly with our customers as the face of Iceland.
Responsibilities- Deliver shopping to customers’ doors on a timely and professional basis.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Support wider store operations when required, such as packing stock or assisting at checkout.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
- Current driving licence held for at least 3 years.
- No more than 6 points on licence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Self‑starter, able to manage time and handle a hectic workload.
- Team‑player attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
Shifts can start as early as 6 am and finish as late as 11 pm.
