Ready to take the next step? Lets talk.
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up? Or an established Service Manager looking for a fresh challenge?
Were looking for a confident, people-focused Service Manager to lead and inspire teams across a range of adult social care services.
This is a role where your leadership really matters. Youll be responsible for creating great services, developing great teams and, most importantly, making sure the people you support have the opportunity to live the lives they choose.
What will you be doing?
Youll be the person bringing everything together people, quality, performance and culture.
Your role will include:
Leading, motivating and developing teams across your allocated services.
Making sure support is safe, person-centred and genuinely focused on individual outcomes .
Keeping quality and CQC compliance high, while always looking for ways to make things better.
Managing staffing, budgets, resources and overall service performance.
Building strong relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and local partners.
Coaching colleagues through effective supervision, support and leadership.
Championing choice, independence and inclusion for the people you support.
Creating a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and motivated to do their best.
Could this be you?
You might already be a Service Manager and be ready for your next challenge.
Or perhaps you're an experienced Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Manager who knows you're ready to take that next step.
Either way, we're interested in what you can bring.
You'll ideally have:
Experience with in adult social care , in a management or senior leadership role.
A genuine passion for developing people and delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
Knowledge of CQC requirements, regulations and quality standards .
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and/or complex support needs.
Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
Experience overseeing staffing, compliance, quality and operational performance.
The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and bring people with you.
A Level 3 or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care , or a commitment to work towards one.
A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between services, useful but not essential
Your next move could be a big one.
You don't necessarily need to have Service Manager written on your CV already.
If you're an ambitious Deputy Manager or senior social care professional who is ready to step up, you'll be supported by an experienced leadership team to develop your skills and succeed in the role.
If you're looking for a role where you can lead from the front, develop people and make a real difference every day , we'd love to hear from you.
