This role is based at a key production facility in Didcot. It’s a hands‑on position where you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations safe, compliant, and running efficiently.

• Supporting the safe, reliable and efficient running of the main plant and satellite sites
• Carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs
• Assisting with planned maintenance, shutdowns and improvements
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards
• Troubleshooting plant issues and supporting continuous improvement
• Managing spare parts and maintaining accurate records (SAP and site systems)
• Providing on‑call support for out‑of‑hours issues when required
• Acting as a site representative when needed

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a recognised apprenticeship
• Experience working with electrical systems in a production or industrial environment
• Strong focus on health & safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently when required
• Proactive approach with a positive, problem‑solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, particularly during shutdowns

• £50,000 – £56,000 salary
