Day shift:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm - £14.40 per hour

Afternoon shift:
Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm - £17.28 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join a market leading manufacturing business on a temporary to permanent basis

The role of Production Operative:

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Carry out secondary processing activities using a range of specialist machinery and equipment.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand requirements, prioritise workloads, and deliver against agreed schedules.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes and capabilities.
Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards across all areas of work.

The Production Operative should have the following skills and experience:

Experience with in manufacturing is essential
Previous experience in an additive manufacturing environment would be beneficial
Confident operating machinery
Good attention to detail
Reliable
