Location: Harwell
LGC is seeking an experienced Principal Scientist to lead multi-disciplinary R&D programmes in recombinant protein expression, virology, or microbiology. You will direct new product development, technology innovation, and co-creation projects while ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Reporting to the Director of R&D, you will own project strategy, mentor colleagues, and foster a culture of scientific excellence in a BSL-2 environment.
