You Fibre is a national full‑fibre broadband provider offering speeds up to 10,000 Mbps.

As a field sales agent you will drive door‑to‑door sales, build a lead pipeline, and showcase You Fibre’s competitive packages to residents in our network.

• Engage residents door‑to‑door, promoting our packages and solutions.
• Create and nurture a personal lead pipeline, moving prospects to conversion.
• Collaborate with your line manager and local stakeholders to highlight You Fibre’s benefits.
• Build relationships within the community.

• Full clean UK driving licence and vehicle access; 30‑minute drive of the area.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication, customer service and sales skills.

• Base salary £25k‑£28k per annum.
• Uncapped commission with OTE £50k.
• £250 monthly car allowance.
• Phone allowance or company phone, iPad, branded clothing.
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + extra birthday day.
