We have a great opportunity with an award-winning, major UK house builder that is widely recognised as a great place to work. They are looking to appoint a New Homes Sales Consultant’s for a site in Didcot. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected developer with a strong reputation for quality homes, customer care, and employee development.
A bit about the job:
A new home sales representative’s primary purpose is to facilitate the sale of newly built properties by actively engaging with potential buyers, showcasing the features of the development, negotiating offers, and guiding them through the purchase process until completion. The New Home Sales Negotiator reports to the Sales Manager and carries out all aspects of the day to day running of the site sales complex, ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey.
Hours:
10am – 5pm.
Base up to £35k OTE £60,000+ plus benefits including 1 weekend off in 4.
What experience do you need?
Experience with in property sales/New home sales industry is essential
Experience of working within a face-to-face sales environment.
What type of candidate are we looking for?
Effective negotiation and sales skills
Passion, enthusiasm and a demonstrated flair for selling is necessary
Good administration skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems
Able to work weekends
Full UK drivers license
