Location:

Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire
Salary:  £39,000 - £44,000 DOE
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:
Relevant qualification in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or equivalent industry experience
Proven experience developing high-quality eLearning using  Articulate Storyline 360  and  Rise 360
Experience working with Learning Management Systems and SCORM packages
Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards including  WCAG 2.2 AA
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat
Excellent visual design skills with a strong digital learning portfolio
Ability to develop engaging, learner-focused content from storyboards and learning specifications
Experience testing, troubleshooting and deploying digital learning solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Eligibility to obtain the level of UK Security Clearance required by client contracts
Desirable experience includes:
Moodle, Learn Upon, Learn Worlds or other LMS platforms
H5P, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Bootstrap
Word Press and Elementor
Video, animation and audio production
Mentoring or supporting junior developers

Experience with in Defence, Government, Public Sector or other regulated industries
You will receive:
Salary of  £39,000 - £44,000 DOE
22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
3 additional paid days during the Christmas shutdown
