Position: Experienced Service Advisor Wanted
We seek an Experienced Service Advisor, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing vehicle service processes efficiently. Engage with clients, assess vehicle needs, and deliver transparent estimates promptly.

In this role, you'll combine your customer service skills with automotive knowledge to manage service requests effectively. Engage customers upon arrival, gather necessary information, and recommend maintenance based on experience and vehicle history. You'll be responsible for monitoring vehicle service status and ensuring clarity in billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with vehicle inquiries

• Obtain and document customer vehicle information

• Report vehicle issues accurately to technicians

• Provide detailed estimates for repair services

• Keep customers informed on vehicle progress

Requirements:

• Mandatory high school diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of relevant service experience
