Stations Procurement Specialist at ACCIONA

Join ACCIONA as a Stations Procurement Specialist and play a key role in supporting major infrastructure projects in Ontario. Drive sustainable practices in procurement and stakeholder communication.

In this position, you will work closely with Station Project Managers to manage the procurement process of necessary materials and equipment for station construction. Your expertise will ensure the timely delivery and compliance of procurement activities. You will prepare purchase requisitions while maintaining an accurate procurement record to support project efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive Scope of Works for construction activities

• Assess project requirements and outline procurement needs

• Oversee preparation of purchase requisitions and agreements

• Ensure compliance with supplier delivery schedules and specifications

• Support procurement risk assessment related to station projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement

• Knowledge of procurement best practices

• Strong competency in Microsoft Office and procurement tools

• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
