Take on an exciting locum role as a Respiratory Physiologist. This full-time position in York begins on September 20, 2024, and focuses on respiratory testing and patient collaboration.

This band 6/7 role is set for 3 months with a competitive hourly rate ranging from £28 to £35. You'll be responsible for conducting respiratory tests, interpreting results, and generating comprehensive reports. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you'll not only develop patient care strategies but also ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various respiratory tests and evaluations

• Analyze results and prepare technical reports

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care

• Manage maintenance of respiratory testing equipment

• Educate patients about their respiratory health

Requirements:

• Registered qualification as a Respiratory Physiologist

• Experience in clinical PFT/LFT required

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven experience in a similar healthcare environment
