Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and support for dementia care

Requirements:
• Registered nurse (RMN or RGN)
• At least 2 years post-registration dementia support experience
• Clean UK driving licence for regional travel
• Comprehensive knowledge of dementia care approaches
• Experience in community settings crucial
