Com Psych, a leader in organizational mental health, is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program. In this role, you will provide high-quality, solution-focused counseling to employees navigating various life challenges. The opportunity is focused on in-person sessions, allowing you to make a real difference in your local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide short-term EAP counseling through in-person sessions

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Support clients with workplace stress and mental health concerns

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case management

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and scope of practice

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field

• At least 3 years of clinical experience post-masters

• Professional accreditation or registration required

• Active professional liability insurance coverage
