As Director of Human Resources, you will be a member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. You will work directly with the COO to help shape the future of Fundy Pros.

• Ensure Fundy Pros has the talent needed to execute its strategy and support continued growth
• Strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice
• Build strong talent pipelines and succession plans for key roles
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies across the business

• Develop supervisors, project managers, and leaders who lead with clarity, accountability, and respect
• Strengthen leadership capability throughout the organization
• Support leaders through coaching, feedback, and difficult conversations
• Help create an environment where people can do the best work of their careers

• Continuously improve the systems and processes that support our people and our business
