In your role as a Technical Account Manager, you will navigate complex technical landscapes while supporting K12, government, and enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes proactively
• Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts
• Be the go-to expert for technical questions and solutions
• Advocate for customers’ needs to internal teams
• Conduct training and facilitate customer adoption of products
Requirements:
• 4-year degree is required
• 3+ years in a relevant technical role
• Experience with network design and security measures
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with enterprise deployment systems
