Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients’ health status

• Collaborate on plans of care with interdisciplinary teams

• Provide direct patient care within nursing scope

• Ensure compliance with policies and standards

Requirements:

• Unrestricted RN license from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification

• Nursing Diploma; BNSc preferred

• Experience in complex patient circumstances
