Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to fulfill shopper needs

• Merchandise the meat area according to best practices

• Maintain compliance with food safety standards and regulations

• Train new staff members effectively in department operations

• Assist in department operations as required

Requirements:

• Full understanding of meat department operations

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 12 months of relevant experience
