An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Assistant Practitioner to join the Mid Ross Community Nursing Team, covering a 7 day service.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Community Assistant Practitioner (Band
4)
to join our Community Nursing Team across the Mid Ross District. This role supports high‑quality, person‑centred care within patients’ homes, care homes, clinic settings and the wider community.

About the Role

You will work as part of an integrated community team, delivering care to individuals with a wide range of needs. The role includes supporting clinical assessments, contributing to care planning, and working closely with registered nursing staff.

Essential Requirements
  • SCQF Level 7 (e.g., SVQ3 in Healthcare or equivalent)
  • Willingness to work towards SCQF Level 8 (PDA), with structured support and mentorship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
  • A full current drivers licence and access to your own car for work purposes.
Desirable
  • SCQF Level 8 qualification already achieved
  • Experience working in community or healthcare settings
