The Role
Days of Working:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help with the running of various sites with clients. Managing a cleaning team’s recruitment, development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of planned and periodic cleaning for a client.
You will make sure we adhere to all health and safety procedures whilst ensuring high standards. You will carry out routine planned and periodic cleaning audits, deliver monthly training, monitor standards of cleanliness and the use of materials and equipment, and monitor stocks as necessary.
You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and working with a large team, cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals. Full training on COSHH will be carried out.
The ideal candidate will have experience working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, understand organisational goals and objectives, and demonstrate forward thinking and a positive can‑do attitude. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office will also be required for the role, as well as competency using IT equipment.

- Attend face-to-face training sessions as well as virtual sessions and e‑learning as part of the role
For the purposes of our van fleet insurance, you must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence.
You must be able to pass a disclosure for this role.
