Appeals Team Leader

Team Leader (TL) – Dingwall

Salary: 32k P/A

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

The role: You will work alongside other Team Leaders across the country and supervise the department to ensure agents meet KPI measures and achieve targets. You must deliver daily expectations to agents, manage targets, supervise workloads, and report KPIs to the Operations Manager. You will complete all administrative documentation for the department including RTWs, rotas, and quality checks; provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to staff;

support recruitment, induction and training; identify skill gaps; maintain up-to-date industry knowledge; and incentivise, motivate, guide, and lead the department.

Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm. Candidates should be flexible.
