Location: Auld Bond Road, Perth

Pay Rate: 13.20 per hour plus 20% shift allowance (est. 15.84 p/h)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

• Early Shift: 06:00 to 14:30
• Back Shift: 13:30 to 22:00

Start Date: Immediate starts available

The Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment operating on a rotating shift pattern.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy working within a fast-paced production setting. Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow established operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process and identify defects.
• Carry out basic machine adjustments and report faults or breakdowns to supervisors.
• Complete production activities in line with daily schedules and targets.
• Accurately complete documentation and production records.
• Collect and prepare materials required for production operations.
• Package products to required standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and operational goals.
• Assist with stock and inventory activities when required.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• The ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic numeracy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A good work ethic and reliable attendance record.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
