About the Role:
You will work with pupils with SEMH, Autism, and other SEND, creating personalised learning plans, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting emotional development. Your role is vital in fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment where students can develop confidence and resilience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and implement tailored support programmes for pupils with special needs
• Employ diverse teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
• Encourage positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional resilience
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external specialists
• Track student progress and adjust approaches as needed
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom setting

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience in SEN or SEMH environments
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
