Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenters, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with the products and solutions they want and need. You’ll close sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving – we’re hiring now!

• Meet or exceed sales goals by selling new phones, upgrades, and accessory bundles.
• Proactively initiate conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Keep planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Displaying a high‑energy personality and the ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Providing fantastic service with integrity.
• Stamina to stand/move for 8‑10 hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Prior sales experience or existing wireless knowledge is not mandatory; driven to learn is required.
