This role lets you use your skills and curiosity to develop and manage solutions that ensure the flow, migration, and availability of data for business needs. Your technical expertise and ability to find automated solutions to technical challenges will make you an essential member of the team, always connected to the latest technologies.

Your day to day

As a Data Engineer in an Agile environment, you’ll be part of the Analytics Center of Expertise within the Customer Interactions Tribe. You’ll focus on:

  • Evaluating data sources, flows, and tools to spot gaps and recommending the best solutions for Data Analysts and Data Scientists
  • Analyzing and optimizing databases and processes, including developing scripts for maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning
  • Applying your expertise in database design, administration, and optimization to keep data accurate and performing well
  • Using your knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) for automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Leveraging networking skills to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data flows between systems and platforms
  • Working with complex data elements, systems, and dependencies to help shape data models
  • Creating reusable scripts, flows, and methodologies for faster, more reliable analytics and campaign delivery
  • Documenting all flows and processes to maintain high quality standards
  • Managing recurring data processing flows and ensuring they meet quality requirements
  • Recommending technical improvements to enhance application software and infrastructure
  • Acting as a key contact for IT partners to ensure system resilience and compliance
  • Developing and maintaining data privacy and security policies, always upholding ethical standards
What you bring to the team
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer;
  • Hands‑on skills with object‑oriented and scripting languages like Python, Java, C++, or Scala;
  • Solid background in data analysis tools (SAS, SQL) and BI platforms;
  • Experience delivering Machine Learning projects using Spark, Pandas, and No

    SQL;
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Automatic Control & Computers, or a closely related IT field;
  • Strong knowledge of databases—design, administration, and optimization;
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), including automation and troubleshooting;
  • Understanding of networking concepts to ensure secure and efficient data flows;
