Business Development Manager

Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering with Preservation Equipment Ltd
, a respected manufacturer supplying museums, libraries and heritage organisations across the UK and internationally.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the rhythm of manufacturing and knows how to turn commercial opportunities into long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing revenue through new and existing customers
• Building and managing a sales pipeline
• Representing the business at sector events and exhibitions
• Supporting the creation and delivery of growth plans
• Working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Background in business development or key account management
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Confidence presenting and negotiating at senior level
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
