Spares Co-Ordinator

Spares Co-ordinator required for long established engineering company based near Diss.

Working in the spares department as part of the after sales team, the successful candidate will undertake a varied role with responsibility for taking and processing orders for spare parts.

Duties will include:

* Processing customer enquiries via phone or email for spares

* Owning end-to-end sales process for spares, including liaising with customers and suppliers.

* Requesting quotes from suppliers and processing purchase to the best price and quality

* Producing quotations and following them up

* Converting Enquiries to sales order

* Maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Interpersonal and customer service skills

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* IT Skills – must include word, excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems
