Management Accountant​/Business Partner

Are you a qualified or part qualified accountant looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

We are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join the Finance team, supporting the group. This is an excellent opportunity to work across two successful businesses, providing meaningful financial insight, partnering with operational teams.

• Produce monthly management accounts and financial analysis.
• Partner with managers to provide commercial insight and support decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, payment proposals and invoice financing.
• Support month‑end, reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and finance projects.
• Help improve, streamline and automate finance processes.
• Provide support across the wider finance team when needed.

This is more than a traditional Management Accountant role. You will gain exposure to commercial finance, business partnering and continuous improvement while working with a supportive team that values collaboration and fresh ideas.
