OverviewAre you an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment? We're looking for a commercially aware, people‑first leader to oversee the day‑to‑day operations. In this high‑impact role, you'll lead large operational teams, shape a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and help deliver a safe, efficient and customer‑focused team.
At CVS UK Ltd you'll take on a leadership role in a fast‑paced logistics environment, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a high‑performing team, drive continuous improvement, and make a visible impact on service quality, compliance and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop teams across dispensary, warehouse and inventory operations.
- Drive performance, accuracy and productivity through KPIs, planning and process improvement.
- Ensure high standards of compliance, safety and operational control in a regulated environment.
- Partner with colleagues across the business to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Build a positive, accountable culture focused on quality, development and continuous improvement
- Proven experience leading large operational teams in logistics, warehousing, production environments
- Strong compliance knowledge, with experience working to quality assurance standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading leaders, with responsibility for managers, team leaders and supervisors across multiple functions
- A strong people leader who sets the tone on culture, keeps teams engaged, and puts the customer at the heart of every decision.
- A track record of managing operational performance through SLAs, KPIs, workforce planning and service delivery metrics.
- Good knowledge of warehouse or inventory systems, ideally including WMS or JDA, with the ability to support system development and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of compliance, SOPs, quality standards and safe operational practices.
- A confident decision‑maker who uses data and insight to solve problems and improve performance.
