Quality Inspector –
Diss, Norfolk – £25,000 per annum + Performance-Linked Bonus – 37.5 hours per week | Rotating shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside Merit Plastic Mouldings in Diss to find a Quality Inspector to join their team.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy understanding how things work and take pride in getting the details right, this could be the role for you.

Previous quality experience would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within manufacturing and quality.

As a Quality Inspector, you'll help ensure products consistently meet the high standards expected by both the business and its customers.

• Checking incoming materials, products in production and finished goods
• Carrying out measurements and quality inspections
• Approving first-off products before production begins
• Recording inspection results and maintaining quality documentation
• Monitoring production standards and identifying any issues
• Supporting investigations into defects and quality concerns
• Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards

• Excellent attention to detail
• A careful and methodical approach
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with measurements and following procedures
• A genuine interest in manufacturing, engineering or quality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• £25,000 per annum
