We’re seeking friendly, reliable individuals aged 18 or over who want to make a difference in their community.

You have a specialist knowledge and interest that enables accurate valuation and assessment of donated items, ensuring only quality goods are put on sale.

No prior retail or online selling experience is required – we provide full training. If you’re open to learning, enjoy working with others, and have a passion for helping people, you’ll fit right in!

What you will be doing
  • Undertake shop‑related tasks agreed with the manager, such as selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock.
  • Chat with customers who drop off donations and with other team members.
  • Prepare stock for display on the shop floor, ready for sale.
  • Research valuable, rare, antiquated and vintage stock.
  • Photograph and list items for the online shop.
  • Occasionally lift boxes – safe working environment and health and safety training provided.
The skills you need
  • Reliable and punctual for your volunteering shifts.
  • Full training and support will be provided.
  • Specialist knowledge and understanding in your chosen area of interest.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

How to apply

After you apply, the manager will invite you for an initial chat to discuss your interests and fit within the shop. From there, you will meet the volunteer team and start your assigned duties.
