Sales Negotiator

A rare opportunity has become available following the retirement of a valued, long-serving team member!

Our client, a multi-award-winning Estate Agency, is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator or an experienced Negotiator ready to progress into a Senior role to join their thriving team in the Diss area.

They’re also happy to consider candidates with strong sales or customer service experience who are keen to kick-start a career in Estate Agency.

Working hours:

As a Sales Negotiator, you ll be required to work Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, with time off in lieu

Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

• Basic salary of up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE of up to £35,000
• Ongoing training & support
• Mileage paid for
• Career progression

Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Calling out new properties
• Valuation generation
• Negotiating offers
• Accompanied viewings
• Some sales progression when needed

To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Ideally, at least 12 months of experience in an Estate Agency
• Proactive
• Proven track record in sales
• Hard-working attitude
• Ambitious
• Good customer service skills
• The full UK driving licence and own vehicle
