Position Overview

Human Resources Recruiter at RATP Dev USA.

• Primary lead on recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Assist with benefit enrollment, open enrollment, and communicating benefits information to employees
• Data collection: reporting and analysis of workforce data to include active census and turnover
• Work closely with third‑party administrators to timely and accurately perform necessary functions related to employee benefits, regulatory reports, and compliance requirements
• Assist with routing and coding invoices from vendors and suppliers
• Maintain human resources information system records and compile reports from the database
• Maintain confidential personnel files and personnel actions
• Assist with HR special projects
• Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status
• Respond to Leave of Absence verifications
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
• Assist employees and management with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct New Hire Orientation
• Other duties may be required and assigned

• Three to five years of HR related experience, or an Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, with a combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Work experience in the Transit Industry is a plus but not required.
