Sr ServiceNow Developer

• Build and configure platform workflows, automation sequences, custom reports, and dashboards.
• Develop client-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Create and maintain integrations between Service Now and external third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
• Produce technical documentation, including data models, configuration records, and system designs.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 3 to 5+ years of professional Service Now development experience.
• Experience participating in at least two major Service Now deployments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Service Now ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience executing data migrations and establishing third-party system integrations.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) credentials.
• Experience with Service Now HAM/SAM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), or Sec Ops modules.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience leading small development teams or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines.
