The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve issues and improve the guest experience
• Promote and explain benefits, offerings, and services; assist with loyalty program sign-ups as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety and company standards
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and assist with Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering) and enroll guests when appropriate
• Handle returns following store policies and collaborate with leadership as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Stock supplies during store hours while being available to assist guests
• Adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and follow training
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Perform other duties based on business needs

• Flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Effective communication, welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to educate guests about products and services
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to remain focused and composed while managing multiple tasks
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required (up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally)

• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance
• Ability to move around the store and work in varying temperatures
