Van Driver

American Wholesale Nurseries supplies landscape contractors and property developers across the region with plants, trees, and site materials. As a Van Driver working on-site at our Dix Hills location, you will operate company vehicles to transport wholesale orders directly to client sites and project locations safely and on schedule.

You will load plants and supplies onto delivery vans, secure cargo properly for transit, and manage delivery paperwork upon arrival at client locations. Maintaining our vehicles in clean, reliable operating condition is a key part of the routine, alongside coordinating directly with our dispatch and warehouse teams to keep delivery schedules running smoothly.

Applicants should hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and bring previous experience operating commercial vans or delivery vehicles. You must be comfortable with the physical demands of loading and unloading nursery stock and landscaping materials throughout a standard shift.

During your first month, you will learn our delivery routes, get familiar with our warehouse loading procedures, and complete your first deliveries to regular clients across the area.

The salary for this role is USD 1,500–2,600 per week.
