Gentle Hands Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Dixon, California. In this role, you will enhance the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support. Your efforts will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for our clients.

• Must have active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Valid California
• Reliable vehicle with proof of car insurance (required for transporting clients)
• Recent TB test (within the past 90 days)

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility and help with physical therapy exercises
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized space
• Administer medications as directed
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
• Run errands and assist with grocery shopping
