Qualifications & Skills:

• Current RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings
• Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Comfort with a one-on-one caseload, tailoring interventions to unique student needs
• Exceptional communication skills with students, educators, and families
• Adaptability with experience serving a range of elementary, middle, and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students in grades 1-12
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and school staff to align supports and strategies
• Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Foster engagement, independence, and skill development during both academic and functional activities
• Monitor and encourage positive classroom participation and inclusion
• Provide feedback and education to families as part of each student’s success
