• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest who walks through our doors.
• Manage seating efficiently to ensure smooth flow & minimal wait times.
• Maintain an organized host stand and accurate waitlist using reservation tools.
• Serve as the information center for the restaurant—answering questions & assisting guests with a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with servers & management to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Deliver a lasting positive impression by thanking guests & inviting them back.

• Friendly, outgoing personality & genuine love for hospitality.
• Strong communication & multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance & demeanor.
• Ability to stay composed & courteous in a busy environment.
• No experience necessary — we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
